What’s Nordic Walking Good For?

I’ve just been reading my Google Analytics for the past four months. Interesting reading as to what people are looking for when they come here.

It means I’ll be changing our yet un-finished tips book.

But yes, it will help guard against and mitigate osteoporosis, depression, hypertension. It will boost dopamine, serotonin, endorphins. It will reduce epinephrine, or adrenaline as we of the rest of the world call it.

It is better than jogging (better aerobic exercise, reduced shock on the joints).

Just go get a pair of NW poles, and try it!

By the way. I often advise people to buy adjustable at first, in case they don’t like NW. They’ll be easier to sell on eBay. Except you never see them second-hand on eBay!

I guess everyone likes NW!
